Who Are We?
Vg98 is an online gaming platform built specifically to meet the needs and preferences of Malaysian players. We understand that the local market has its own unique character — the way Malaysians play, the types of games they enjoy most, the payment methods that suit them best, and the level of service they expect are all different from other markets in the region. That is why vg98 does not simply copy the formula of foreign platforms; instead, we have built something that truly feels like it was made for us.
The vg98 journey began with one simple but far-from-easy goal: to be a platform that Malaysian players could truly trust. In an industry full of irresponsible platforms, we wanted to be the exception. We wanted to be the place where when you win, your money can actually be withdrawn — quickly, easily and without unnecessary questions. We wanted to be the platform where if you have a problem at 3 in the morning, someone will be there to help you resolve it.
Today, vg98 has grown into one of the most active platforms among Malaysian slot and casino players. With over 3,000 game options from the world's leading providers, a payment system integrated with Malaysia's major banks and a mobile app built for peak performance — vg98 continues to prove that our commitment is more than just words on paper.
vg98's Mission
To provide a safe, fair and enjoyable online gaming experience for all Malaysian players — with full transparency, world-class service and the latest technology to secure every transaction.
What Makes VG98 Different?
Top-Level Security
Every piece of personal data and financial transaction at vg98 is protected by SSL 256-bit encryption — the same standard used by international banking institutions. Your account is safe, your funds are secure, and your privacy is guaranteed. Two-factor authentication (2FA) is also available for an added layer of protection.
Fast & Reliable Withdrawals
We understand that waiting for your winnings is one of the most frustrating experiences. At vg98, withdrawals are processed in as little as 5 minutes for accounts that have completed KYC verification. We support all major Malaysian banks — Maybank, CIMB, RHB, Public Bank and Hong Leong Bank.
3,000+ Games to Choose From
From classic slots to the latest video slots with stunning graphics, from live baccarat tables to European roulette — vg98 offers over 3,000 game titles from leading global providers such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Spadegaming, Evolution Gaming and many more.
Premium Mobile App
The VG98 app is available for Android and iOS, built from the ground up with a focus on performance and ease of use. Fast navigation, low load times and an intuitive interface ensure your mobile gaming experience is just as good — and even more convenient — than playing on a desktop.
24/7 Customer Support
The vg98 support team operates around the clock — 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including public holidays. Whether you have a question about deposits, are experiencing a technical issue or simply want to know about current promotions, we are ready to help via live chat and email in the shortest time possible.
Exclusive VIP Program
Vg98 values every loyal player. Our VIP Program has 5 tiers — Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, and Elite — each unlocking access to higher cashback, larger withdrawal limits, exclusive bonuses, and a dedicated personal account manager assigned specifically to you.
The vg98 Journey — From Idea to Trust
The Beginning
An Idea Born from a Real Problem
The founders of vg98 were players themselves who experienced firsthand how difficult it was to find a truly trustworthy online platform in Malaysia — one that paid out wins honestly, offered games that were not manipulated and provided responsive support. It was those bad experiences that sparked the desire to build something better.
Development
Infrastructure Built Right from the Start
Vg98 invested heavily in technical infrastructure before officially launching the platform. The game management system, payment gateway, security platform, and user interface were each rebuilt multiple times until they met the standards we set for ourselves — not the bare minimum of "good enough".
Launch
Opening the Door for Malaysian Players
Vg98 officially opened to Malaysian players with an initial selection of several hundred slots and live casino tables. Early feedback from our first players was overwhelmingly positive — particularly regarding our withdrawal speeds and the quality of customer support we offered compared to competitors.
Expansion
3,000+ Games & Mobile App
Vg98's game library expanded rapidly through official agreements with world-class game content providers. The vg98 mobile app launched for Android and iOS, giving players the full experience anywhere they go. The VIP programme was also introduced during this phase as a reward for loyal players.
Now
A Growing Community, an Unchanged Commitment
Vg98 today is a platform that continues to grow, with an active player community expanding every month. Despite our growth, our core values have never changed — integrity, security, transparency, and an unwavering commitment to delivering the best experience to every player, without exception.

vg98's Commitment to Malaysian Players
One thing we take great pride in at vg98 is our approach of never sacrificing player interests for short-term gain. This may sound like the same claim every platform makes, but for us, it is an operating principle we genuinely live by every day. When there is a conflict between a decision that benefits the company and a decision that is right for the player, we choose what is right for the player.
A clear example is how we handle bonuses and promotions. We deliberately set rollover requirements at a level that is reasonable and achievable for everyday players — not figures that look attractive but are nearly impossible to meet. Every promotion's terms are written in plain, easy-to-understand language, not obscure legal jargon. This is because we believe players who fully understand what they are claiming are happier and more loyal players.
On the gaming side, all games on vg98 use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been certified by independent auditing bodies. This means every slot spin, every card dealt at the baccarat table and every roulette wheel rotation is truly random — no manipulation, no influence from the platform. The RTP (Return to Player) for each game is displayed openly so players can make informed decisions.
We also take responsible gambling seriously. vg98 provides a range of self-control tools for players — including daily and weekly deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits and the option to take a temporary break or fully exclude yourself from the platform if needed. We have no interest in taking money from players who are not in a good position to play — that is not how we operate and it never will be.

Responsible Gambling
Responsible Gaming — A Shared Responsibility
Vg98 believes that online gaming should be entertainment — not a source of stress or financial hardship. We take problem gambling seriously and have integrated multiple protection mechanisms directly into our platform to help players stay in control.
Our responsible gaming tools let you set deposit limits, loss limits and session time limits. You can also take a break by activating a cooling-off period for a duration of your choice. If you feel the need to stop entirely, a self-exclusion option is available and we will respect that decision fully, no questions asked.
